Carpet Repairs:
Do you ever look at your carpet and think "I wish I hadn't dropped that iron" or "how did that cigarette fall out of the ash-tray"? Then do not despair because 85% of carpets are easily repairable using the following two methods:
Retufting
This is a method whereby damaged areas of carpet can be removed tuft by tuft and new ones inserted using a needle and thread, giving an invisible repair. Typical examples of this process would be used for cigarette burns, moths, manufacturing problem on carpets etc.
Patch Repairs
This method involves cutting out a section of carpet using a template and heat-seaming a replacement piece in it's place. Typical examples are iron burns, permanent stains, torn carpet caused by furniture or pets etc.
