Oriental/Silk Rug Cleaning:

Unlike carpets, rugs are more difficult to clean due to the density of the pile.

We use a similar method to HWE with the exception of silk, which is dry cleaned only, as wet cleaning will corrupt the pile.

As part of our service, we collect the rug from you, telephone you for delivery time, wrap and roll the rug and deliver back to your door within 1-2 weeks. A speedier turnaround time can be met on request.

We also provide re-fringing and rug binding to those rugs which may need a bit of TLC. These are obviously subject to survey to see whether they would be suited to this. This can save you the expense of purchasing a new rug and can help restore a family heirloom back to pristine condition.
