North Star was first established in July 2000 with over 15 years experience in the cleaning industry. We are a family run business managed by Karen and Gary North and we provide our own bespoke service for every individual client.

I had an end of tenancy clean with a tenant of 10 years leaving the property. My previous experience with local professional cleaners had not been good. Generally poor quality of cleaning, not thorough or deep, and inflated costs. I asked North Star to clean the property for me and am absolutely delighted. A kitchen I thought I might have to replace has been rescued and the house is spotless. I showed prospective tenants around today and will have no difficulty renting the property out again. The charge for such a ‘high end’ Service was I thought very fair. I will use North Star for all my rental property cleans in future.

Due to the fact that I delivered my grandson on the lounge floor you can guess the state of the carpet was left in as their was no warning, I wish to thank the gentleman that came with in 24 hours done a fantastic job, was pleasant, friendly a very kind hearted person and left my lounge carpet like new, thank you once again.
