We have carried out a lot of these over the last couple of months and continue to do these for seasonal demand. It is worthwhile noting that you need to keep a copy of your inventory report as evidence to show how the property was presented to you. It is definitely worth reporting any defects or damage straight away so that these can be rectified and not forfeit by way of your deposit. Also remember to check whether it is a condition of your contract that your carpets are professionally cleaned and if necessary, flea treated, before and after your tenancy.

Our cleans include everything from windows to skirting boards to light switches. The only thing we do not include are ovens as this a specialist area and require acidic cleaning in most cases. To prepare a quotation we will need to survey your property or floor plans and look at the room sizes and whether the property is going to be furnished.

We do not charge to carry out surveys. We have been carrying our many carpet repairs over the last few months, whether it be from a heating engineer dropping heating equipment or a home owner dropping an iron, we can usually fix the problem for you!! Pet damage is also quite common as per this recent repair we carried out:-

As times are moving on in our industry, the National Carpet Cleaners Association have launched a site specifically designed to promote all of their trained and qualified members to the public and potential customers not knowing where to start in hiring a professional cleaning service.

Sure enough there are many companies out there who can offer a cleaning service but the NCCA ensures all of its members are specifically trained, certified and subscribe to paying towards the association to provide the best service we can in our industry. If you are specifically looking for recommendations there are many that can be found on our reviews page and over time these will continue to grow. This is quite an exciting time for its members. Watch this space and don’t forget to spread the word to all of your family and friends. As this launch is fresh off the press, we are giving an introductory discount for anyone who accesses our service through Trusted Local Cleaners of 20% off our usual rates.

This discount is valid until 30th July.

About Trusted Local Cleaners

“Service with integrity”

Trusted Local Cleaners is the first online directory specifically to find trusted, carpet & upholstery cleaning professionals local to you.

Unfortunately, the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry is unregulated, meaning that absolutely anyone can buy a cleaning machine and advertise themselves as a professional cleaner, with no training, no insurance and no idea of the damage they can cause! We understand that finding a trusted, local cleaner may be difficult, so that’s why all our Trusted Local Cleaners are members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA), the only UK trade association for carpet and upholstery cleaners.
The principal objective of the NCCA is the establishment and maintenance of minimum standards within the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry, with the dual aim of safeguarding the reputation of the industry and protecting its customers.
All members of the NCCA have undertaken the NCCA or equivalent course in professional carpet and upholstery cleaning and reached the required standard in the examination. These courses offer a thorough grounding in all aspects of carpet and upholstery cleaning. This ensures that all our Trusted Local Cleaners have essential knowledge for the safe and effective cleaning of carpets and fabrics.

Alongside recognised training qualifications, all our Trusted Local Cleaners have adequate insurance to cover them in the event of a problem or accident. A Public Liability insurance policy is required, which is standard for companies offering services to the public.

Members are required to abide by the Association’s Code of Practice, which covers such specifics as fair pricing, service, complaints procedures, liability and consumer protection, and is designed to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
